Blog: Bluebird Care on Live-In Care and how it works

Blog: In his latest guest blog, Bluebird Care’s CEO, Shabir Hussain, looks at Live-In Care and how it works

Live-in Care is one of the Home Care options provided by Bluebird Care, in Calderdale,

Live-In Care differs from Home Care, where your carers visit you to provide care, but leave once they have finished, in that it provides you with your own personal care assistant who lives with you in your home. They provide you with bespoke care, built around your individual needs.

Live-In Care often means that our clients can remain in their own homes despite the need for a comprehensive care routine. There they are surrounded by loved ones and pets whilst still being able to enjoy their home, garden and community.

With Live-In Care, you receive one-to-one care from your own personal care assistant which means you are able to build and develop a strong relationship with them. Your care assistant will encourage and support your independence and help you to pursue your interests.

A live-in care package also enables friends and family to take a break from their caring roles, enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones.

More detailed information on live-in care including what you can expect from your live-in care assistant can be found on our website.
