The West Yorkshire and Harrogate Integrated Stroke Delivery Network are seeking new Patient and Carer Representative group members who have lived experience of stroke and want to help us develop stroke care in our region. We want to expand the diversity of our patient and carer representative group and positively welcome applications from women and ethnic minority communities.
