MENTAL HEALTH: Samaritans

We all know that we should talk to the Samaritans if we are down and have no one to turn to. The Samaritans’ vision is that fewer people die by suicide. Every six seconds, someone contacts Samaritans, and every 90 minutes someone takes their own life. You don’t have to be suicidal to call Samaritans. Samaritans offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you.

Whatever you’re going through, you can call FREE any time, from any phone, on 116 123.

Visit their website for lots of advice and helpful stories: https://www.samaritans.org/
