31 OCTOBER: Join historian David Glover for a chilling walk through Halifax’s darker history — from medieval murders to Victorian crimes and illegal burials.

On the walk you will discover:

  • Who was shot in King Street?
  • Why did blood seep under a doorway in Great Albion Street at Christmas 1908?
  • Where did Peter Sutcliffe drink?
  • And who was illegally buried in Holy Trinity Churchyard?

When: Halloween Night – Saturday 31st October 2026 at 6:00pm Start.

Bring a torch if you wish. Not suitable for those with sight or mobility concerns or those easily scared!
