Most of us will have fallen at some time in our lives. For the majority, a fall will be nothing more than a bit embarrassing but there is always the risk that a fall could lead to broken bones or other complications. Getting Referred For Falls Support Is Easy

If you have fallen or worry about falling, you can self-refer for falls support from Calderdale Council (i.e. you don’t need to see a medical professional/GP first).
