31 AUGUST: The Trades Club is hosting a bank holiday street party for all the family in Holme Street, Hebden Bridge.
The event features live music, street food and kids entertainment from 12pm till late.
Our outdoor stage will host an array of wonderful local live acts from 12noon to 6pm, followed by DJ Red Helen 6pm-8pm. The line-up includes Rose Villas, Jiggery Folkery, Molly Tilston, Terry Logan, Paddy Wells, Outside The Box, Honey Andrews, Red Helen DJ and more.
We’ll also have face-painting, kids entertainment, massage and therapies, coffee and cake, popcorn, Indonesian street food – and, of course, beer!
The street party is a fundraiser for Music For The Many, a local charity that provides music tuition and other opportunities to children and young people. Please donate what you can to this fantastic organisation. There’ll be a collection bucket on the day, or you can donate online HERE
Our fellow tenants, Northern Powerhouse Boxing Academy, will be celebrating their first birthday with an open day from 12noon to 4pm, featuring a ‘pads and gloves’ demo, a bake sale and sports day event in the park. And our neighbours, Hebden Bridge Little Theatre will also be opening their doors on the day.
