Older person’s organisation Re-engage have immediate vacancies available on their telephone befriending service, for people aged 75+. This service is free and is a weekly call from a friendly volunteer to help alleviate loneliness and isolation.
Once they have been able to contact the person you refer and get them registered, matching will be a quick turnaround due to volunteers being ready and waiting.
