6 JUNE: Join Tai Chi Tigers for a Tai Chi workshop for all levels and abilities.
No experience needed for this powerful but gentle Qigong set of moves that will enhance your health and wellbeing when practiced regularly. Open to all.
Tai Chi involves simple movements for mindfulness and body awareness helping you experience calm and stillness and improve mental clarity. Regular practice will make your organs more effective and efficient. This workshop will help you learn how to make the important connections between, breath, body and mind.
Where: St Columba’s church hall, Highroad Well Lane, Halifax.
When: 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday 6 June.
