Price: Free
Full details: https://www.hepfest.org/
HepFest is our village’s very own grassroots music festival, a joyful, one-day celebration of everything that makes Heptonstall special: local talent, local food, local spaces, and local heart.
Held annually in July, HepFest brings together musicians, artists, volunteers, families, dogs, and dreamers for a day of music, creativity and connection, all set across some of the village’s most iconic spaces, including the Heptonstall Heritage Chapel, Weavers Square, and St Thomas Church.
But HepFest is more than just an event.
It’s a community project, organised by volunteers, run on donations, and powered by people who care deeply about keeping our village vibrant, welcoming, and alive with culture.
What makes HepFest different?
- It’s a community project – showcasing incredible local artists and performers
- It’s inclusive – open to everyone, no matter your age, background, or budget
- It’s dog-friendly, family-friendly, and full of local love
- It’s entirely community-funded – made possible through volunteering and donations
- Whether you’re a lifelong local or just passing through, HepFest invites you to join something real, rooted, and full of soul.
- And if you can, help us make it happen, by donating, volunteering, or simply spreading the word.
