Age Without Limits Day – Get Involved

Age Without Limits Day 2026 will be on 10 June, so it’s time to get planning how you’ll take part.

This year’s theme is all about the power of asking questions, to challenge negative assumptions about age and ageing.

How will you question ageism this year and mark the third, national Age Without Limits Day?

Plan big or small, every action helps create a future where we can all age without limits. You could make Age Without Limits Day the focus at a regular group that you’re part of, or host a coffee break at work, or gather friends for a conversation. Find plenty of inspiration on hosting an event on the Age Without Limits website.

Sometimes it starts with a simple question:

  • Why do workplaces assume ‘young blood’ means more innovation?
  • Why do we judge people by their generation?
  • Why do we say, ‘you look good for your age’ instead of just ‘you look good’?
  • Why don’t we see more older people in advertising and films?

Questions like these get us all to pause, reflect, and rethink negative, stereotypical and ageist ideas that have become so normalised we barely notice them.

How to get involved:
Activity packs, including postcards, conversation starters and more are available now. You can also register for a printed pack (limited availability) which will be posted out in mid-May 2026. Find out more about the day here.
