20 MAY: Age UK is hosting an open day at their centre in Halifax for anyone living with dementia and their carer or family members.
Details: Music, games, brain exercises, food tastings and short talks plus stalls from Age UK’s charity partners. This event is held during Dementia Action Week, a campaign led by the Alzheimer’s Society with the aim of improving diagnosis rates, reducing stigma nad fostering dementia-friendly communities.
Come along and join in the fun.
When: Wednesday 20 May from 1 to 4pm.
Where: Rimani House, Hall Street, Halifax.
The event is free – donations kindly accepted.
