Immense fun dancing on a trampette (mini trampoline) with the patented bar for stability.
The routines are adaptable and are especially good for people with knee, hip and back pain as the trampoline takes out the impact.
Great for strengthening and toning. There is a lot of concern around little “oops” moments – this is completely normal and you are welcome to visit the toilets as often as you like.
When: Wednesdays 5.45 – 6.30pm and Fridays 11.30 – 12.15pm.
