16 APRIL: A chance to see a 45 minute film of the November 2025 National Emergency Briefing to Westminster MPs on climate and nature breakdown.
Details: This film is an evidence-based overview of the risks that we face from the climate and nature breakdown including food insecurity; extreme weather; health and economic impacts and threats to national security. In November 2025 10 leading experts gave a National Emergency Briefing about climate and nature breakdown to MPs and civic leaders in Westminster. Following on from this a 45 minute film has been made which is suitable for public viewing (recommended for ages 16 and over). The film will be shown in community settings across the country and will be followed by an opportunity for facilitated discussion.
The film is an evidence-based overview of the risks that we face from the climate and nature breakdown including food insecurity; extreme weather; health and economic impacts and threats to national security.
The film raises awareness about the scale and speed of the crisis and calls for a national emergency response from politicians and policy makers. It is non-partisan and supported by a wide range of organisations including the Church of England, the National Trust, WWF, the Royal Meteorological Society and many others.
