Move to Improve: Standing & seated gentle keep fit

When:
Wednesdays 2pm to 2.50pm
Fridays 10am-10.50am and 11am-11.50am

Details: 25 minutes of standing gentle keep fit movements to music followed by 25 minutes of resistance exercises to help build strength and mobility and balance work. Chair also used. Equipment provided. Age range from 50 plus.

Location: Heath URC church, Manor Drive entrance, 11 Free School Lane HX3 ODW.
