Active Calderdale are starting community engagement and consultation on developing accessible walking and wheeling loops in Sowerby & Sowerby Bridge area – with plans for mapping resources and information boards.
To get it right, they need as much feedback as possible from residents and those who work locally in the area and so they’ve developed a survey to gather feedback:

They have also developed a ‘vison board’ of walking/wheeling loops and community facilities which give some insights into the area and accessible options.
This is an excellent opportunity to push for more accessible options in the area.
