A new film shows how Calderdale turned the devastation of Storm Eva, in December 2015, into a decade of progress—rebuilding, innovating, and investing over £100 million to create a stronger, more resilient future. Through natural flood management, community action, and long-term planning, the borough is adapting to climate change and safeguarding its communities. The film includes some spectacular drone footage of our upland areas and of the flood management infrastructure built since 2015.
