Calderdale Dementia Hub is now running a weekly drop-in session in Halifax
Calderdale Dementia Hub offer advice and information to people diagnosed with dementia and their families, carers and friends.
The new drop-in is held at Age UK’s mobility centre in the Woolshops in Halifax HX1 1RJ.
Sessions run from 10am to 3pm every Tuesday.
The new hub provides a place to go and ask questions about the condition in a safe and supportive environment.
