Better Lives Hubs offer the opportunity to have a face to face conversation with a professional from Adult Social Care (Social Services) and other organisations that may be able to provide support.

Disabled access is through the doors on the extension part on the right-hand side of the building and is signposted disabled access).
Halifax
Every Wednesday 10:00 – 4:00

Illingworth
