12 FEBRUARY: Halifax Diamonds
Bryan Harkness will be our speaker for the HMHS February Meeting. He will present the story of how the cutting and polishing of precious diamonds took place in Halifax during the 2nd World War.
Venue: The Old Mill,14b Hall Street North, Boothtown. Halifax HX3 6TS
When: Thursday 8 January. Arrival from 7pm for talks starting at 7.30 pm and running to 9.30 pm.
A contribution of £2 is requested for refreshments during the talks.
