Together for Wellbeing Carer’s Coffee Morning: Elland
Details: Caring for someone living with dementia or memory loss can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging and isolating at times. Home Instead have come together with Calder & Ryburn PCN to hold a new coffee morning for carers and families of people with dementia. Dementia professionals will be on-hand to provide support. The sessions are also open to people who want to know more or may be worried about a possible diagnosis.
When: 4th Wednesday of every month, from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
