Yorkshire Ambulance Service Patient Voice Group

Yorkshire Ambulance Service has an established Patient Voice group called the Critical Friends Network (CFN). This aims to improve local ambulance services. Engagement events and meetings are held throughout the year (as a minimum quarterly) and are held in different areas of the region to make sure it is accessible for all members.

They are looking for more people to get involved in the group.

Who?
Anyone who is interested in helping to improve ambulance services in Yorkshire. You can be someone who has used/ uses or wants to use services or a carer for someone. Patient voice volunteers are asked to act in line with Yorkshire Ambulance’s Values of, Kindness, Respect, Teamwork and Improvement during their work with the group.

Support offered:
Travel expenses will be paid for any events that the CFN members attend, and refreshments will also be provided.
