About the Over 60s Keep Fit Hour and Halifax Boxing, Sports & Fitness Club
We believe in fitness for everyone, despite their age and are running Over 60s Keep Fit sessions designed for all levels of fitness.
Our Over 60s sessions involve a number of different exercises from ball slams, using a battle rope and even upcycled beer kegs! We push our over 60s crew to go outside of their usual comfort zones, learn new movements. We hope to make you feel comfortable in a gym environment and most importantly stay mobile! Our age range goes from 60 years up to 80 years plus.
How to get involved
Sessions take place on Tuesdays from 10am till 11am at £5 per session. Plenty of FREE parking and other facilities include an on-site café and changing facilities.
