About Us
Men United was established to combat isolation and loneliness in older men – typically 60 plus. We meet Wednesday’s for conversation, discussion, talks by speakers, demonstrations, games including curling and boule (indoor bowling).
Trips are also organised, both locally and further afield. Examples include Shibden Hall, Headingley Cricket Ground, Eden Camp and more.
Current Activities
These friendly and welcoming sessions take place on Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm. There is a voluntary £3 charge per session to cover refreshments.
