Using the NHS App: a simple guide

The NHS App is a free, secure way to access NHS services and your health information online from a smartphone (or tablet). It can save time, reduce phone calls, and help you stay more in control of your healthcare.

You can still contact your GP surgery by phone or in person if you prefer – the app simply gives you another option.

We’d like to thank Age UK Calderdale & Kirklees for their help in compiling this guide. They are also a great help if you are seeking support with digital devices (smart-phones, tablets etc).
