Zumba Gold by Just Movement – Rastrick
Details: Zumba Gold is generally lower impact and gentler than regular Zumba but still incorporates the fun and flavour of a regular class. For older adults, those returning to fitness or who just want a class during the day!!
When: Monday and/or Wednesday 10am-11am.
