A “Walker” That Looks Good

A young design company has recently introduced a new walker mobility aid inspired by an octogenarian and designed for those who appreciate both form and function.

The Zeal walker was conceived from the experience of Georgia Williams, one of the company’s founders. Georgia’s great aunt, Deb, who is 86 years old, needed a walker for both indoor and outdoor use to support her balance.

“We searched but couldn’t find a stylish walker that would encourage her to use it more. So we set about creating our own,” Georgia explains.

Together with design engineer Josh King, Georgia spent four years collaborating with users to design a walker that customers would feel proud to use.
