25 APRIL: Join Tai Chi Tigers for a one-hour outdoor session to celebrate World Tai Chi and QIgong Day.
Everyone is welcome to join in, or just watch and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. This event begins in New Zealand then unfolds all across Australia, Asia, Europe, Africa, North and South America, and finally ends this worldwide wave of Qi and health education in Hawaii. Bring along a friend, family and anyone interested in the wellbeing of our planet. No experience needed.
Suitable for all skill levels and abilities.
When: Saturday 25 April from 10am to 11am.
