Have your say on improvements to travel on the A629 from the centre of Halifax to Ogden
In 2021, the project team behind the plans asked for feedback on initial proposals to improve walking, cycling and public transport along the A629 in north Halifax. The consultation responses have shaped changes to the proposals, and now they would like you to have your say on the final designs.
The proposals include:
- New pedestrian crossings
- Bus priority improvements
- Upgrades to paths, signage, lighting and CCTV
Please take a look at the plans in more detail and let them know what you think by visiting www.yourvoice.
This consultation will close on Tuesday 5 December 2023.
They are running drop-in events and webinars to give you the opportunity to speak to the project team, find out more about the proposals and ask any questions.
Drop-in events:
- Tuesday 14 November 3-6pm at Orange Box
- Monday 27 November 12-5pm at Dean Clough
