A Million More Older Workers

New analysis by the Centre For Ageing Better of the latest ONS Labour Market data reveals that the employment rate of those aged 65 and above has doubled over the past quarter of a century.

The analysis also reveals the 65+ age group are the second most likely to work zero-hours contracts and that growing numbers are choosing to continue to work full-time up to and beyond the state pension age.
