This “Hot Gossip” networking event is for women in business and tackles managing the menopause in and out of the workplace, as well as some great networking time.
Hot Gossip is a networking event held twice a year and aimed at women in business, working for a business, thinking of starting a business or simply interested in business.
Their next event is centred around menopause and managing symptoms both in and out of the workplace. They have invited guest speakers, all of whom are local business women to cover this subject with tips regarding being seen and heard, the science behind ageing, alternative methods to managing symptoms and a powerful talk called I AM ENOUGH.
They have also created a free handout titled “menopause guide for men”, and there is an optional guided meditation after networking, where they challenge the group to look at where they excel and what holds them back.
They have been running this event for 3 years, and are a women focussed company providing cosmetic and holistic treatments.
There is a nominal charge of £6.50 to attend to cover the cost of the room. (The 30 min meditation and empowerment is an extra £5)
