The Phoenix Shed Halifax is open to old and new members alike; they are there for older, over 55 men, who may be socially isolated, or who just want to get out and be with other guys.
The Phoenix Shed was based at The Threeways Centre, but that is scheduled for demolition, so they have temporarily sent most of our equipment to storage and have thankfully found a new home in St Georges House. However, they are still looking for a suitable and affordable place where they can reopen our workshop. They’re looking for around 1000sq.ft of workshop space, preferably in North Halifax, but would consider elsewhere.
