Their activity groups for over-75s are delivered by Re-engage volunteers and will help you stay active and meet new people. Their groups take place on a fortnightly or monthly basis in community centres, churches, pubs or leisure centres and are free to attend. These in-person activity groups will take you through gentle activities such as dance, chair yoga or tai chi. You’ll be able to socialise and enjoy refreshments after the activity ends.
