Railway Ticket Office Closure Consultation

You may have seen information over the last few days in the press about proposals to make changes at rail stations across the country, including proposals to close some train station ticket offices. Train operators have now launched public consultations on these proposed changes.  Please note that the public consultation for passengers will last for 21 days and closes on 26 July 2023.

Some disabled and older people’s organisations, including Transport for All, have highlighted the impact that train station closures could have on disabled people.  You too can have your say on this important consultation.
