Halifax Art Society is a friendly, social group of artists who meet weekly in Halifax, West Yorkshire. They run a varied syllabus of workshops, demonstrations and working mornings, in which they practice their artistic abilities. See below for their 2023 events.
They have an excellent website which looks at upcoming classes and other activities. The organisation also offers membership, which gives you access to reduced fees for classes etc. They currently have an exhibition in the cafe at the Calderdale Music Trust centre, Harrison Road, Halifax which is open to the public on Saturdays.
