Calderdale Music held a first Jam Session in March for local people in the Halifax area who play a musical instrument and want to have some fun with like-minded muscians. They are now setting up a regular group!
A jam session is where musicians come together to play music as a group in an informal setting. The group will meet every Wednesday during term time at Calderdale Music at Blackwall, Halifax from 2pm – 3pm.
If you would like to come together with other musicians in Halifax to play music in an informal session, then why not give it a try.
The cost is £5 per session, and payment can be made at the Calderdale Music office by card or cash before each session starts.
Anyone who wants to take part needs to contact Calderdale Music on 01422 401260 or admin@calderdalemusic.co.uk so that they can make sure they have appropriate music ready for you.
