West Yorkshire mayor, Tracy Brabin, want to know your suggestions about how to deliver better bus services for our region. She’s inviting people to join The Mayor’s Big Bus Chat. #MayorsBigBusChat
Feedback will be used to inform the next version of the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP), which is due its annual update in October 2022.
The feedback will also be used to inform further development of bus policies; however, the focus will be gaining current views about people’s experiences of using the bus system – good and bad – and the proposed interventions to improve this.
As well as a survey to gather feedback, officers from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority have also arranged a number of face-to-face public drop-in events. The survey plus more details are available via mayorsbigbuschat.co.uk. They are keen to hear from a diverse range of people.
