What’s it like to be aged over 50 in Calderdale?

We want to know more about the issues and concerns of older people in our area and are looking for Calderdale residents to join our Forum.

If you are over 50 and would like to provide us with opinions, insight and feedback to help steer our newsletter, social media and website communications then we’d like to hear from you.

There are two ways you can help.

  1. Join our insight panel. We will contact you from time-to-time for your views and feedback on local issues and on our communications.
  2. Become a committee member. Attend our bi-monthly meetings and tell us more about the issues that concern you and your friends and family.

Calderdale Forum 50 Plus’s committee meets bi-monthly with one Annual General Meeting each year and directs the work of a small team of communications professionals that provide a trusted, informed and independent source of information for this age group through a modern website, social media and regular newsletters.

Email: info@calderdaleforum50plus.com with your name, address and phone number plus any issue of particular interest to you.

Attend a committee meeting – we welcome visitors to all our meetings which are held at the Shay Stadium, Halifax.  Our next meeting is on Monday 20 June at 2pm.  Book your place at: info@calderdaleforum50plus.com
