Regain your fitness, get back in shape and boost your wellbeing this Autumn
With Calderdale’s sport and fitness centres now fully back up and running, if you haven’t done so already, now’s the perfect time to sign up for a fitness membership and get back to doing what you love.
Over the last few months, they’ve been busy putting all the necessary precautions in place to create a safe environment where you can enjoy your favourite activities and catch up with your local fitness community. They’re sure you’ll do your bit too in showing kindness and helping to protect yourself and others, particularly those who are vulnerable. They have been gradually increasing capacity in gyms, swimming pools and classes in Halifax, Brighouse, Sowerby Bridge and Todmorden to get back to normal as safely as possible.
There is no longer any need to book onto gym sessions, and some swim activities are bookable while you can just turn up to others on the day – more information can be found on their website. They are once again able to offer an extensive range of classes across all four centres, and our gym equipment, changing rooms, shower facilities and lockers are back in use too.
