Calderdale Council is committed to ensuring that the services it provides are accessible to all and meet different people’s needs. Under the new Public Sector Equality Duty, as introduced by the Equality Act 2010, the Council and other public bodies must adopt and publish their equality objectives every four years.
In 2017 Calderdale Council adopted six priority equality objectives, which became a focus for its work on equality over the last four years. They would now like you to tell them whether these objectives still reflect the needs and concerns of people who live and work in Calderdale. Please follow the link below to a short questionnaire.
