Calderdale Library Service has received funding, from the DCMS, to be part of the national Reading Friends project run by the Reading Agency. Reading Friends aims to tackle loneliness by bringing people together to read, chat and share stories.
Do you enjoy a good book? Like looking at magazines or reading the paper? Would you like to chat over the phone about what you read?
If so Calderdale Libraries would love to hear from you. They are starting a Reading Friends Chat and Natter scheme and are looking for anyone who would like to take part.
