Calderdale’s Community Spirit Awards take place on Thursday 26 November and Calderdale Forum 50 Plus along with partner organisation Disability Partnership Calderdale have both been nominated.
The Community Foundation for Calderdale supports hundreds of charities and voluntary groups across the borough, addressing inequalities and working together to help create opportunities for those that most need help.
In an extremely difficult year with the twin challenges of severe flooding in the Calder Valley followed closely by the COVID-19 pandemic, these awards which aim to recognise community spirit are more important than ever before.
The awards ceremony will take place online on Thursday 26 November 2020 at 7.00 pm and the awards for every category will be given out during the evening.
Calderdale Forum 50 Plus has been nominated for the Best Marketing Award sponsored by Town Hall Dental in Brighouse.
This award recognises a marketing campaign that used one or more of the following, social media, website, printed press, adverts, leaflets, video content or a social activity campaign.
