In this workshop we will explore our personal resilience and develop strategies to strengthen our ability to manage when faced with adversity, through discussion and exercises.

Aspects of our lives have changed and it can be difficult to make sense of change and adjust to new ways of living when events our out of our control.T he good news is, we do have the control to create meaning. In this workshop we will explore change and making new meanings of our experiences to promote positive mental health
