SURVEY: Public Services

The House of Commons Treasury Committee is holding an inquiry into regional imbalances in the UK economy and wants to know how the region you live in impacts your access to services.
Share your views on their online survey and help inform their inquiry into regional imbalances.

As well as exploring where the most significant regional imbalances exist (i.e between the South East and other regions), it will also examine how these imbalances present themselves in the UK, how these imbalances have changed in the last decade and how they are likely to change in the future.

How can you help?
Complete their anonymous online survey and tell them about the public services in your local area. The survey will include questions about:

  • How clean and safe you feel your local area is
  • Whether your local area has good employment opportunities
  • Your access to good schools, healthcare and transport links
  • Whether you enjoy living in your local area

The results of the survey will be used to inform the Committee’s inquiry and help shape the Committee’s recommendations to the Government.
