Save the date – 1 – 5 October 2018. It’s when Hebden Bridge Community Association in partnership with Staying Well and the Alzheimer’s Society present Dementia Friendly Communities Awareness Week.
The week starts with a Market Place event where you can find out what services are available for people living with dementia in the Upper Valley, there will also been workshops running alongside this for information and advice about all things dementia related.
This event is aimed at professionals, carers, people living with dementia and community groups – basically anyone who has an interest in finding out more about what is available to support people living with dementia and their cares.
Throughout the week there will be events and activities running.
