CREW (Cardiac Rehabilitation through Exercise and Walking) Heart Support Group have published their programme for walks in the winter and spring 2018.
The next walk will be the Shelf Circular on Tuesday 9 January and be led by Brian Birkby who can be contacted on 01484 712037. Meet at the Bottomley’s Arms HX3 7NU at 10am for a 4.3 mile walk.
