NHS England are making extra funding available to Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) for use in order to improve access to GP services, by offering more appointments with GPs and Nurse Practitioners.
Calderdale’s CCG are running a public consultation and would like to know your views on services as they are at the moment, how you access them currently, and how you’d like to access them moving forward.
Additional GP appointment slots may be delivered as routine pre-bookable appointments at evenings and weekends. This may not be in your local surgery, but would be offered at other locations across Calderdale.
You can download this survey below, or complete a paper copy in your GP Practice.
This public engagement runs from Monday 25 September until Friday 6 November 2017
