A new website, DyingMatters has been launched to raise awareness of and provide information on dying, death and bereavement, and how to make plans for the end of life.
The website includes a number of resources, including “Find Me Help” the UK’s most comprehensive directory of services for people in the last years of life, their families, carers and friends.
You can also add your organisation to their directory.
