The Healthwatch.co.uk website has recently run a series of blogs looking at the issues different groups of consumers face when using primary care services.
Their most recent one looked at what they found out when they spoke to a group of over 65s.
Issues discussed included the difficulties in obtaining appointments with GPs, their perception of Pharmacists and the services they offer and their concerns about getting out of hours health care.
