Todmorden has been selected as one of the three pilot sites for the UKs first Garage Sale Trail. The other sites are Brighton and Hackney.
The Garage Sale Trail is all about having lots of doorstep, back yard, front yard sales on the same day where households and community groups can sell unwanted stuff, keeping it out of landfill and making some money at the same time.
It all centres around the website where you can register your sale and have a look at what’s on offer here www.garagesaletrail.co.uk there is a map showing where the sales are and sellers are busy posting photos of their best stuff to sell.
