Age UK are suggesting the following action during the run up to the General Election – “Whether or not you intend to hold a hustings, you can still be involved in making the UK a great place to grow older by asking your Prospective Parliamentary Candidates (PPCs) to become Age Champions and if elected, to act to improve issues affecting older people.
Ask your candidates to become Age Champions by following the link here or ordering campaign postcards for older people to add their message and send to their PPCs.”
